Consultation (Free)

Prices and programs are based on a 4-week/1-month commitment schedule to achieve the best results. Please consult before booking any session appointments.

Rogue City’s Customized Program (Phase 0)

$400

$50 Per Session (8 sessions); 2 days a week. This special customized program is designed to accommodate those who are only able to meet 2 times a week. BMI monitoring and nutritional recommendations are included. 

Rogue City’s Circuit Routine (Phase 1)

$600

$50 Per Session (12 sessions); 3 days a week. This circuit routine program is designed and tailored for the weight loss client. BMI monitoring and nutritional recommendations are included.

Rogue City’s 2-Day Split (Phase 2)

$800

$50 Per Session (16 sessions); 4 days a week. This 2-day split program is designed and tailored for the general fitness client. BMI+1RM monitoring (optional) and nutritional recommendations are included.

Rogue City’s 3-Day Split (Phase 3)

$1000

$50 Per Session (20 sessions); 5 days a week. This 3-day split program is designed and tailored for the size and strength client. BMI+1RM monitoring and nutritional recommendations are included.


Buddy Packages (2 per. max)

(Buddy prices and programs are discounted and priced based on a 4-week/1-month commitment schedule to achieve the best results. Both parties must be in attendance)
